Not necessarily. If you already have MRI or CT imaging, it can be shared before your consultation. If further imaging or diagnostic investigations are required, these can be arranged through affiliated specialist centres.
Where available, please provide relevant imaging, clinic letters or medical reports, details of previous spinal treatments or surgery, and a summary of your current symptoms and concerns.
Mr Russo’s private practice is based at Cleveland Clinic London. His NHS practice is at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, University College London Hospitals.

No. Many spinal conditions can be managed through physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, spinal injections, activity modification or other conservative strategies. Surgery is considered only where appropriate following careful assessment.

Yes. Mr Russo regularly assesses patients from outside the United Kingdom. Imaging and medical documentation can often be reviewed before travelling, followed by a virtual consultation to discuss the diagnosis and available treatment options.
