Mr Vittorio Russo is a Consultant Complex Spinal Neurosurgeon specialising in the diagnosis, management and treatment of the full spectrum of spinal conditions, from common degenerative disorders to highly complex spinal pathology affecting the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

He is dual-trained in neurosurgical and orthopaedic spinal surgery, with advanced subspecialist expertise in complex spinal tumour surgery, cervical spine disorders, lumbar degenerative conditions, spinal deformity, cranio-cervical junction pathology, minimally invasive spinal surgery and complex revision spinal surgery.

Working within a multidisciplinary environment, Mr Russo combines precise diagnosis, evidence-based decision-making and highly personalised treatment planning. His aim is to identify the safest and most effective approach for each patient, including non-surgical management where appropriate.
